Cancellations

To best serve our clients and staff we ask that any cancellations be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations not made 48 hours prior will result in a 50% charge of the full service price. No-show appointments will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. Your card on file that was used to book the appointment will be charged.

Late Policy

Clients who arrive 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may have to have their services shortened or rescheduled. You may be subject to a no-show fee.

Confirmations are sent 72 hours in advance.

Deposits and Refunds

Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, the deposit is applied to your scheduled service.

All services are non-refundable.

  • We are located at 9976 Ford Ave. Ste. C Richmond Hill, GA. Located in the white brick building next to the fire department.

  • Yes, you may park in any of the designated parking spots. There is always space available.

  • Yes, you may bring your child. Please be mindful of others who may be getting their hair done. We ask that they sit in the lobby and are not disruptive to others. River Lily is not responsible for any accidents and if something is broken, the guardian is responsible.

  • Our foil packages include color service, toning, and styling. All other color services include wash and style.
